Before starting hypnosis I used to get overwhelmed under stressful situations and had anxiety attacks. I used to be afraid when stressful situations arised at work or in life. I lacked key tools in how to deal with these challenges.
Since using hypnosis, I feel that I developed more tools to apply under stressful situations and manage those moments better. I feel more confident in my abilities. My overall mental and physical health has improved. I feel more confident in setting boundaries. I learned and continue learning how to reset myself and not holding negative feelings for days.

I was skeptical about hypnosis before coming to Ricky, but I heard great things about EHS, so I decided to try. I needed help to deal with various issues, such as anxiety, anger, response to stress, and stress eating. I felt like my life was getting out of hand, and I was led in different directions than I wanted to go. I wasn't happy with myself and the way I was living my life, and I was suffering because of poor self esteem, guilt, and unhelpful responses to life challenges.

The two biggest benefits of my sessions at EHS were improved self-awareness and self-esteem. As a result of my hypnosis sessions, my family life, relationships, and professional life have improved. I’ve shared the techniques I’ve learnt with my family members and involved them in improving the family's mental health. Reduced anger has also significantly improved my relationship with my family members. I don't get triggered by stress, issues at work, or other people as easily, and why I do get triggered, I am able to deal with these triggers in a healthy manner. Before I came to hypnosis I had high anxiety, I was very stressed and drinking lots of alcohol to avoid dealing with my problems. Hypnosis has helped improve my life by helping my mind see more clearly and giving me the tools to deal with problems. It also gave me confidence to want to change.

Stress has been quite prevalent in my life. The levels of stress I had created dis-ease in my body, causing disturbed sleep, erratic eating habits and a combination of emotional anxiety and anger.
Hypnosis has helped me to learn tools to change the stress in my life. I have learned to lessen the impact of stress and not to eradicate it. I listen to the hypnosis tracks I have been given and listening consistently has helped remove blocks caused by stress.

Stress and anxiety kept me from regulating my central nervous system to handle emotional situations effectively. Childhood trauma also played a role.
